Pop up message stays on screen too long

Whenever I post or share on Facebook or delete email etc, the pop notification stats on the screen for a long time.

I cannot move it or get rid it.

It started about a month ago.

I have included a screen shot showing the message.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9.


Any ideas?
