Amazon Tab Nero X2 boot loop

I got a Chinese matricom tablet a year ago, worked fine for a while, a day later I got the boot loop problem. If anyone used one of these, do you know how to fix this? The button combo for recovery doesn't work and nothing on the matricom site.
