Sim-Card related Bootloop, I need help..

EDIT: My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit T599N (MetroPCS)

So I just got my phone activated today after.. a year or so of no service.

So one day while I had service, my phone went into a bootloop.

I didn't flash anything on that phone.

And for the last month I used it only for Tethering....
