Galaxy S4 - select WIFI when possible

Hello.
So many times...I turn my mobile data on when I'm out of my house....then...when I come home.....I forget to use my WIFI and my mobile data runs unnecessarily.

Can you please tell me how set my Samsung Galaxy S4 to automatically turn off mobile data and select WIFI when possible?
