My number keeps coming up as "private" for outgoing calls-solution?

Hey all - I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge phone to Marshmallow. Since then, whenever I make a phone call to anyone, they cannot tell it is me as all they see is "Private Number" appear on their screen. I have checked my phone settings and have "Show my caller ID" set to on (see attached). I noticed there was a caller ID option within the CM security app so I uninstalled that but am still getting the same issue (I have reinstalled CM Security on my phone again). No problems if someone tries to call me.

Anything I have missed perhaps?
