Word Progression Game

This is an old game, but it can be lots of fun.

Pick a real word, then the next person makes a new real word by changing just one letter. When possible words are exhausted, a new word is chosen. Also, you can't go back and reuse a word in the list since the last "new" word.

Example: New word is "Real"
The next person might change it to "Read"
The next might be "Reed," then "Need," then "deed" and so on.
