I did a master reset and when my S 4 came back up there was no prompt? For usb tethering. The blue tooth tethering prompt is still there. Any ideas on how I can get it back? I use the usb tethering to run my desktop for everything and I'm in trouble without it. Thanks for any solution anyone can give me.
