Note 4 Stuck on T-Mobile sign when booting up

UPDATE: now it just freezes and shuts off and boots up to the Samsung Note 4 and shuts off and repeats. Only way I turn it on if i put it in the freezer for like 2 minutes( is that bad, its the only way to turn it on).

Yes I ordered an extra battery but now I don't even know which battery is new or old because theres no difference in whether it turns on
