If you have reset the factory software AND (OR) successfully installed various roms (which I find a little difficult to accept) then the problem is a hardware one.
I've lost the WiFi on my device too.
I haven't even bothered to try to fix it.
It's just going back to the store for a replacement.
Too many risks and a high risk of failure/damage.
Not to mention that you have voided the warranty by tinkering with it... unless you can restore the factory version.
