Are the pictures in MMS messages? You'll have to save them first if they are. Otherwise you should just be able to connect your device to a computer and copy the pictures off that way, your device should show as a media device or digital camera. Drag-and-drop regardless. Or you can use a service like Google Drive to upload the pictures to it for downloading on another device. You may need to install Samsung Drivers if your device doesn't do it automatically.
