Sky 4D: how to change ringtone ?

Because of ongoing support and repair issues with Samsungs and desperation for a phone to use imediately, I have bought a knockoff known as Sky 4D which runs Android 4.4.2. It seems fine so far, except there seems to be no way to change the hideous default ringtone. There is no Sound option under Settings; only Audio Profiles, which does not seem to be helpful. There is no manual and their support is (of course) unhelpful. The support phone number is offline. Any suggestions ?
