Voice recorder is draining my battery?

I am attaching a screenshot taken in the application manager. I was looking though my apps and most of them used 0 to 4% of battery. Inexplicably, the factory voice recorder says it used 24% of my battery since the last charge (Screenshot below). My battery does drain fairly quickly.

I have not used any voice function on my phone today. I haven't used used speech-to-text, or sound hound, and okay google is disabled.

Pretty much the only apps I have used today are Spotify and Google mas (+gps/location).

Any ideas/advice on why it says voice recorder is draining my battery is greatly appreciated.
