Apps Taking Up All My Storage

I'm having issues with apps using up all my storage space.I only use facebook,youtube,pandora,paypal,messenger,Gmail and a couple other apps..Around 8 to 10 apps total..Yet apps are using over 20 GB of my storage?I've cleaned up everything,rebooted etc..Nothing helps..Any ideas why this is happening?This is BS!...
