Samsung Galaxy A5 stuck on '' Boot Loop ''

Hi, guys.
So recently my phone got stuck in boot loop problem. I wanted to install '' twrp ''.
After that, I rebooted my phone, and it didnt reboot .
I tried to open recovery option, and do all these factory resets, and etc. but when I tried to wipe dalvik cache, and wipe cache, it showed me an error. But I did factory reset, and it still is in boot loop. Also I cant take out my battery, because it is built in phone. So I took phone to service, so they can repair it, and they charged me 150 euros, I was surprised. So I refused, and took my phone to home.. Now im stuck with it, and I have to pay for it, for the next year. If you have any fixes, please share them, I'll be thankful. And please tell if 150 euros is normal.
