I dropped my Samsung galaxy s5 into some water about two days ago and normally it wouldn't have been a problem since it is water resistant, unfortunately I have some big missing pieces on the top part above the touch screen. So immediately I took it out of the water (I'd say one second of being in the water) and took out the battery, Sd and sim. I put the phone into some rice to dry for about a day and I figured it would be fine but when I turned it on all I saw were strange lines on the screen. The buttons seem to work as does the LED light.
I checked the phones LDI and saw it was tripped so I was wondering is there really anything I can do?
